About the instructors:
Jake and Elisa are certified YTT 200 Yoga Instructors and International Yoga Olympic Gold medalists. They teach acro yoga classes in Orange County, California and host workshops across the country. Their classes cater to all levels and they create a welcoming environment for everyone.
