DVD 3: Defense and Disarming at Extreme Close Quarters Extreme Close Quarters (ECQ). Lessons include Extreme Close Quarter footwork, Extreme Close Quarter hand-work, cross-body drills, empty-hand defensive tactics including standard grip disarming, reverse grip disarming and cross-body disarming.
