この教則DVDは、リバースキムラにフォーカスした教則です。リバースキムラは、僕が過去4年間ずっと研究してきたポジションです。
僕はリバースキムラを数クラスでしか教えていませんが、いつもスパーリングで使っています。
皆さんとこの密かに研究してきたリバースキムラを全部、分かち合う準備ができたと思っています。
全部で８種類のスイープと10種類のサブミッションがありますが、それ以外にもグリップをセットアップすることについての章がいくつかあります。
